＜01＞ 2026续期申请 尊敬的客户朋友们： 每年一度货物运输鉴定报告续期已经开始，北测新能源正在加速开展运输鉴定书续期服务，为确保广大厂商及制造商货物正常出货，建议您尽早与我们更新2026年鉴定书续期申请。 Dear Customers: The annual renewal of the cargo transportation appraisal report has begun. NTEK New Energy is accelerating the renewal service of the transportation appraisal report. In order to ensure the normal shipment of the goods of the majority of manufacturers and manufacturers, it is recommended that you update the application for renewal of the 2026 appraisal certificate with us as soon as possible. 温馨提示：根据IATA法规，联合国运输协会要求，每年的货物运输鉴定报告将在每年12月31日过期，运输条件鉴定报告书仅在年度内有效，每年11月-12月都是续期的最佳时间段。 Tips: According to the IATA regulations, the United Nations Transport Association requires that the annual cargo transportation appraisal report will expire on December 31 every year. The transportation condition appraisal report is only valid during the year, and November-December every year is the best time for renewal.
＜02＞ 2026变更及执行 第67版(2026年)电池重大变更及修订： 更新危险品清单，新增以下条目： - UN 3563，安装在货物运输单元中的锂金属电池； - UN 3564，安装在货物运输单元中的钠离子电池。 2026年1月1日开始执行： 1. PI966-I:电池或电池组的电量不得超过30%； 2. PI966-II: - 2.7Wh以上的电池或电池组的电量不得超过30%； - 2.7Wh以下的电池或电池组的电量建议不超过30%； 3. PI967-I/II:电池或电池组的电量建议不超过30%；或设备指示容量建议不超过25%； 注：该规定为建议措施（非强制）。 4. PI952: - 电池组≤100Wh，建议电池的荷电状态（SoC）不超过30%，或指示电池容量不超过25%； - 电池组＞100Wh，强制要求电池的荷电状态（SoC）不超过30%，或指示电池容量不超过25%。 |
